Leading Change need not be nerve-wracking.

The A.G. Coombs Leading Edge Expedition has been running for five months, and now we use everything we have learned in a real context on an actual project.

The sixth module of the expedition is the Leading Change Project. Participants will develop a business case to deliver a change project within AG Coombs. They will rely on their recently learned skills to plan, implement and deliver effective change in an element of the business.

Facilitated by
Michael Burke, this component of the program provides a significant return on investment for the company and offers opportunities for the leaders to roll up their sleeves and lead team members to effect positive outcomes.

For many business leaders and owners, leading change can be a nerve-wracking experience. Programs such as Leading Edge provide the expedition route to move through the essential steps to develop the leadership skillset, toolset, mindset, culture and belief that develops great leaders.
