Q2 Workshop

Using our Team Management Profiles at today's Power Tynan Summit Club workshop was an insightful way to understand our preferred approach to work to improve our team and leadership effectiveness.

The TMP provides the knowledge required to improve work performance at an individual and team level.

Included as part of the Summit Community Quarter 2 workshop, it beautifully complimented the Maximising Leadership Performance content.

The workshop focused on leadership success and provided valuable insights and updates from experienced peers. Participants learned about the latest strategies for harnessing the power of AI as a leader, identifying and enhancing their leadership style, handling difficult conversations, and driving greater productivity in teams. The workshop also covered effective approaches for attracting and retaining top talent in the organization.

All up a fantastic session which all valued.
