The Benefits of Base Camp

Every Base Camp has a magical moment when the attendees become a team and lean toward the path being presented by the leaders.

Often it is with a tear in the eye and a hand on the heart that a leader reveals their innermost desire and ambition for the business and its people.

After activities and discussions are completed comes my "Pappa Bear" moment. My moment of pride and achievement when I see these people become a team. United in the goals set and committed to the journey ahead. It never fails to amaze.
