Roles in business and sales leadership can be lonely places, but there is no need to ‘go it alone’.

Each community is hosted and co-facilitated by a local accounting firm that understands business and the regional nuances of each location.

Learning content is developed with Mindshop, and is built on global research and best practice. All facilitators are Mindshop accredited.

Partnering with Sales Shift, each community offers members a truly unique learning and development environment.

Workshops for growth.

Quarterly peer workshops at each location bring ‘like-minded’ business leaders together to learn and explore current best practices and insights. Stepping away from the office provides space and perspective to work on your development by solving real business issues.

Coaching for accountability.

Personal one-on-one coaching aimed at identifying gaps in your abilities and supporting you through your learning and development journey. Not hand-holding, but a cadence of action and review that leads to accountable progress and achievement.

Following the coaching practices of Michael Bungay Stanier, each coaching session provides effective support. Without truckloads of extra work, our coaching provides impact that turns into practical and helpful habits.

Resources for learning.

Access to a suite of online business and leadership courses, resources, videos and tools custom-picked to support your personal and professional development. Learn in your own time, at your own pace, 24/7, with your coach able to access and assist in your online learning.

  • Summit Circle

    Developed specifically for business and sales leaders, Summit Circle focuses on strategic development; personal and professional. The quarterly workshops are dedicated to developing the skills necessary to lead people, plan strategically and effect successful implementation of plans. Full of current best practices and insights, the goal is to equip all members with high-performance skills and the confidence to lead successfully. With the inclusion of a suite of 24/7 online resources and personal coaching between workshops, the progress of each member is assured.

  • Summit Club

    Like Summit Circle, Summit Club is designed for SMEs and offers members personal development opportunities to develop their sales, business and leadership capabilities and capacity. Summit Club helps individuals commit to continuous improvement, sharing the skills and tools required for professional growth. As part of a tribe, the workshops offer support and a shared experience that develops a professional mindset and culture that be replicated back in the workplace. Personal coaching can be added to provide a complete development program for any aspiring professional.

Hosted and facilitated by Mike Boyle at The Hub Southen Cross in the Melbourne CBD, the Melbourne Summit Circle has been running continuously for 19 years. The aim is to provide a safe learning and development community for members to achieve their full potential. Through shared and personal experiences, members can achieve ongoing professional and personal development.

Toowoomba, QLD

Summit Communities bring professionals together to learn, share ideas and expertise, and develop lasting connections with like-minded people. Power Tynan believes so strongly that they offer two communities - a Summit Circle and a Summit Club. The two communities, both facilitated by Amanda Kenefake and Mike Boyle, cater for both established business owners and leaders, as well as emerging rising stars.

Advise Accounting in Bathurst invites professionals to join Bathurst's only professional and leadership development community - Advise Summit Club. Facilitated by Matt Sharwood and Mike Boyle, join like-minded professionals and collaborate for success. Community membership provides access to your personal coach, a suite of online tools, videos and resources, plus inspiring quarterly workshops.

Launching in 2024, Christchurch Summit Circle will be the first Summit Community in New Zealand. Hosted by Sales Shift and guided by Mike Boyle and Mark Inglis, the aim of this community is to support the development of business owners and leaders in New Zealand. It provides a safe learning development community for members to achieve their full potential. Through shared and personal experiences, members can achieve ongoing professional and personal development and address their biggest business challenges.

Our members are Directors and Owners of SME businesses & large corporate organisations. Exclusivity and peer relevance are assured by grouping our individual circles so they are appropriate to you. What we care about most however is finding people who share our values and ambitions for growth. Having a growth mindset is key to the facilitation of our shared success. We aren’t a space for consultants to sell their services. It’s a place where leaders share, learn and achieve together.
